Order Cancellation
Orders can be canceled until they are dispatched. If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 12 hours. Once the order has moved to the shipping stage, cancellation is not possible.
Refunds
We offer a full refund for products that arrive defective or damaged. Should this happen, please contact us for a return
address and your choice of a refund or replacement.
If you're not satisfied with your order, reach out to our support team for assistance.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds are not issued if:
